Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Jersey Strike website, including our inquiry form, operated by Jersey Strike Co LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
About the content on this site
- Photos and credits. Photos show events and installations we produced or supported, many designed by our partners, who are credited where we can. They show our work, not a guarantee that your event will look the same.
- Renderings. Some images are renderings or concept images, some created with AI tools, that show work we can build. They are not photographs of completed projects. Final builds, materials and dimensions will differ.
- Build library and rentals. Build library pieces are past fabrications we can rebuild to order; they are not stock. Rentals are subject to availability, and a signed contract and paid invoice are required before pickup or delivery.
- Pricing. Prices shown, such as “strike team from $1,500” or “full-service day-of from $2,800,” are starting points for planning only. They are not an offer or a quote. Every job is custom-quoted.
- Scheduling. Sending an inquiry does not hold your date. Dates are held only once a contract is signed and the invoice is paid.
Inquiries and estimates
- Sending an inquiry does not book our services or create an agreement.
- Any quote or estimate we provide is a preliminary estimate based on the information and documents you give us. If the scope changes, including timeline changes or extensions, collection list changes, additional delivery locations, or work that differs from what was described, additional hours or team members will be billed as set out in your agreement.
- Final details, including inventory, timeline and access, are due 14 days before the event.
- Please leave any specialty tools needed to take your pieces apart. Specialty tools or equipment we have to supply, and scissor lift rentals for work above 24 feet, are billed separately.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us, and for having permission to share documents, photos and other people’s contact details (such as your planner, venue or client) with us.
Your agreement with us
If you hire Jersey Strike, our written proposal, contract or service agreement governs the work, including scope, payment, additional time, scheduling, cancellation, insurance, site access and equipment. If those documents conflict with these Terms, they control.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, designs, graphics, photos, renderings, and the Jersey Strike name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Jersey Strike and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Photos of partner-designed events remain subject to our partners’ rights. You may view the site for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, submitting false or misleading inquiries, uploading harmful files, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites and tools, such as our rental catalog or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jersey Strike is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This section does not limit any obligations in a signed service agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
