Jersey Strike
Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jersey Strike Co LLC (“Jersey Strike,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, send us an inquiry, or work with us on an event, installation, fabrication or rental.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our inquiry form, email, call or message us, we collect what you send, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, planner or day-of contact, event date, venue, pickup and return addresses (which may be a home or home studio), loading, parking and access notes, and details about your event and scope.
- Documents you share. Proposals, design decks, flower order and inventory lists, run of show, floor plans, photos, videos and links you upload or send. Please don’t include payment card numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive information we don’t need.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
- Photos of our work. We photograph installations we produce and strike. We use photos of a client’s event or space in our marketing only with permission, and we credit design partners where we can.
Our inquiry form
When you submit our inquiry form, your answers and any files you upload are stored by our website and form provider, emailed to our team, and saved in our project records. We use them to review your request, size the crew, vehicles and timeline, and prepare a quote. We may use AI tools to help our team organize your inquiry and prepare a preliminary estimate. A person on our team reviews every estimate before anything is sent to you. If you’d rather not use the form, you can email us at inquire@jerseystrike.com.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, plan and quote events, and deliver our services.
- To coordinate with you, your planner, the venue and our crew, and to send project updates, contracts and invoices. Where permitted, we may send occasional news about our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website, and to understand how visitors find and use it.
- To advertise our services, including showing ads to people who have visited our site.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools, that use cookies, pixels and similar technologies. These help us measure visits and show our ads to people who may be interested. You can control cookies in your browser settings, adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings, and opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. Where required by law, we honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and forms, email, database, mapping and routing, AI, analytics, advertising, payment, and scheduling providers, under obligations to protect it.
- With crew members and subcontractors working your event, only as needed to do the work, such as timelines, addresses and access notes.
- With your planner, the venue or other vendors on your event, when needed to coordinate the job.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Jersey Strike, our clients or others.
- In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email inquire@jerseystrike.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including our business, tax and legal record-keeping. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
