If a rental item broke in possession of the venue, we will send you a photo of the item to your email as we are counting and packing the items while we are at the venue. In this case, handle as you typically would.

If it breaks in our possiession, we will reimburse you the wholesale cost of the item.

Yes, we have two enclosed trucks. If a larger vehicle is needed, we can rent a box truck or trailer to ensure there is a enough space. 

We love to use vertical space whenever possible. So, we often use shelving and tables to maximize our packing space.

Of course! We're happy to send you a copy for your records upon booking.
